Hey Tom,
The Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709 you inquired about would be a compatible fit for your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 4x4 and is compatible with in-bed hitches so you'd have no interference with your Patriot. If you're wanting a compressor system so that you can monitor and adjust your psi levels while on the go then I recommend the Firestone # F56VV (Single Path) or # F96VV (Dual Path). If you plan on hauling uneven loads in your bed the dual path setup would be the better option since it allows you adjust the psi levels individually.

Hey Tom, how did the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label air bags work out on your AT4 with the Patriot 5th wheel? Did you notice a smoother ride or better leveling when towing? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar truck and trailer combo.
