Will this work on a 2022 GMC 2500hd AT4 duramax with factory gooseneck/fifth wheel in the bed?

Hey Tim! The Air Lift # AL57541 installs in the same location as most 5th wheel and gooseneck brackets. What you can use instead is the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709. These are compatible with your AT4 and won't interfere with the hitch. They are also the better, more reliable product with the same 7,500 lb load-leveling capacity.
