Yes, the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-SLHD is a confirmed fit for a 2023 Ford F-350 DRW. If your model has factory top overload springs you will have to remove them in order to install the RAS system. These have a 3,000lb load-leveling capacity and the best part about them is that they're designed to only activate when weight is added to the suspension so they won't hurt you unloaded ride quality.

@Tony This would be a perfect option then since you're not going to be constantly hauling something around. Like I was saying above these only active as weight is added to the suspension so you shouldn't even notice a difference in ride quality while unloaded. You should notice more stability when making turns though and not feel as much side-to-side sway.
