How Does Cage of Reese Cargo Carrier and Cage Attach to Base

I have the 24×60 cargo cage and the bottom. How does this mount to the arms thats coming off the bumper.

Hey Mike, so the cage portion of the 24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier with etrailer Enclosure Cage for 2" Hitches # RP85AR that you referenced actually just attaches directly to the railing that runs around the edge of the carrier and does not grab on to the shank of the carrier at all. If you check out the attached assembly video you can see every step of how it all comes together. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Say the carrier I got doesn't have where you put in a receiver. One I have has 2 pieces that mount to the each frame rail. Then you attached a piece one each one and it wraps around the bumper for more bumoer support. Then there's 2 arms that come off that. The arms are like 24 inches or so long when bottom of the cage sit on those arms. But I don't see any hole to bolt the two together to keep the cage on the arms.
