Hey Ronald,
The correct replacement winch control box for your SnowBear snow plow # K2AVAL8219 is part # SB263-285. I took a look at the reviews both on our site and others and the responses all say that the solenoids inside the box are the issue. One reviewer said he ordered replacement solenoids from Warn and swapped them out and has had zero issues since. I don't know exactly which solenoids he used but I'm sure if you spoke with Warn they'd know what you need.
