Question:

Helloooo! Is anyone there? I sent an inquiry via your website and got the auto- response on 12/3nothing since then. I checked the spam file. I understand your reluctance to offer suggestions on the propane leak issue liability, but I also asked a specific product question re a furnace thermostat that you sell. Now a new question: I bought a propane regulator from you recently, and discovered that the old cover does not fit. Do you have a cover for the 2-stage regulator that you sell? Would appreciate a non-auto response so that I can avoid having to deal with Camping World.

Robert, sorry to hear about the auto-response troubles you're getting but I went ahead and checked out your order history and found that you ordered the JR Products Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-30365 (thank you by the way!), so for a cover you can use the Vertical RV LP Gas Regulator Cover # 37207-30295.

Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else!

Still no response to the question that prompted your 12/3 auto-response "Robert Divine, Thanks for asking your question. Questions are addressed in the order they were received. Keep an eye on your inbox because our experts may send an email requesting more information so that we can more thoroughly and accurately answer your question. We appreciate the opportunity you have given us to help. " Guess it got lost in your holiday celebrations. The question was whether the Dometic thermostat #DMC54FR will work on my Atwood furnace. Or what do you recommend? I see no Atwood products on your website so I guess they are no longer available.

@Bobdivine Hey Bob, it looks like the Atwood thermostats are going to be obsolete which is why you're having a hard time finding them. Since the heat side of most units can work by simply receiving a signal of when to turn on/off, you can use the Dometic Mechanical Thermostat # DMC54FR.
