Question:
The older shrouds are made of a thicker plastic or were made differently than the new ones. Any way to find the older thicker shrouds with this part number?

Hey D, it sounds like what you're looking for is the DOMETIC BRISK POLAR WHITE REPLACEMENT SHROUD # DMC32ZR, however it is only available online, so you'd need to call our customer service department and place your order there.
This shroud will fit the old style 11,000 - 13,500 Btu models made prior to 2000.
