Hey Joe, yes the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT73RR will fit your 2025 Subaru Outback. But, if you're open to another option, the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT74YR is what I'd go for. This hitch is a bit more pricey, but I really like that when it's installed, it stays hidden, so you keep that from-the-factory look.

You still also get a nice 3,500 lb weight capacity so you're not sacrificing a whole lot there.

Hi Bryce, How much trimming has to be done on the bumper when installing the hidden? One review said he had to cut a lot of bumper.

@LisaB Hey Lisa, according to the instructions you are going to need to cut an 8" x 6" section in your fascia. I wouldn't necessarily consider this to be a lot per se, but it is a sizeable chunk.

Got to be real careful with the hitches that cut a well out of the rear bumper. I had a factory installed hitch like this and there wasn't room to put in Thule Locking Hitch Pin for my bike rack! Dealer is remove the hitch, installing a new bumper and refunding my money.
