Hi Jay!

While I do have a couple options you can use to add a front hitch to your 2025 Ford E-450 Cutaway with the Jayco 27U conversion, there are no custom fit hitches, unfortunately. With that said, check out the hitch I have below:

Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets - 2" Receiver - 44" Wide # C99CR

It looks like your frame is 34" wide so it should work, but I would double check that measurement just to make sure. It also has more than enough capacity for whatever you can throw at it. It will take someone who knows how to weld to get it installed, but it would be our best option.

Out of curiosity, what are you planning on using a front hitch for?
