Wiring Diagram for Fogatti RV Water Heater

Question:

Hello, I bought a Fogatti tankless water heater, Model FS06B1. There are four wires I understand that the 2 blue goes to the control panel. It also has a black and a white wire. What wire gauge AWG are the wires? Which is ground and which is power? Thanks, Glenn

Hey Glenn, the black wire of the Fogatti water heater part # LSB64FR goes to the power source and the white is the ground like you can see in the attach wiring diagram. Wiring looks like 14 gauge.

Hello, thanks Jameson. Now I am having a problem finding a yellow flex gas line to replace the original copper line to my water heater. The Fogatti diagram says I need a 5/8" UNF fitting. I am not finding info for 'UNF'. My old copper line to my water heater measures 3/8" diameter. Not sure what my main gas pipe diameter is. I would like a female to female fittings as a 24" replacement yellow flex gas line. The flats on my existing nut measures 3/4". Thanks, Glenn

@Glenn I wish we had 5/8 UNF lines/fittings but that's not something we have at this time. I found quite a few options online so that's probably where I would check or with maybe an HVAC supply in your area.
