Hi Luis,
For a 2005 Ford F-250 I highly recommend going with the B&W Companion Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Turnoverball for Ford Super Duty # BW44QR. This would include a B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch that would sit below the bed so that you don't have base rails in the way when you need to load other items in to the bed. It'll also come with a B&W Companion with a slider base that will drop right into the Turnoverball hitch and lock in place. The slider base offers an additional 12" of travel when in the maneuvering position for extra turning clearance.
The Turnoverball hitch also includes a gooseneck hitch ball to tow gooseneck trailers when the Companion is removed so you'll have more versatility compared to other 5th wheel hitch options. To make connecting to your trailer easier you'll also want to install an in-bed 7-way connector # PK11893-11932.
