Can Shafts of Happijac Qwik Load Turnbuckles be Shortened

Can the Qwik-Load threaded hook shafts be cut down? And if so, how short can the assemblies be made?

Hey Don, so I don't see why the shafts of the HappiJac Qwik-Load Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs # LC182895 couldn't be cut down shorter but we don't have a specific number on how much shorter it could go. If you have a length in mind that you need I can see if we have a set of turnbuckles that will work for that without trimming. The minimum length these can go down to is 16-1/2 inch.
