How to Reset Greystone Electric Fireplace

Do Greystone Fireplaces have a Reset Button on them? Mine has lost Power and does not come on anymore. Fireplace is a 36inch in my RV. Followed Protocol and still does not come on.

Hello Tom.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Greystone 36" Electric Fireplace with Crystals - Wall Mount - Black # 324-000081. There is not a reset button, in order to reset the circuit board you need to unplug the unit for 10 minutes, and then plug it back in. If that does not fix the issue, you can try to reset the breaker it is connected to.

My remote turns fireplace off and on but the flame button and the high- low don’t work. I can get up and do it manually however

Fireplace manufacturers do not offer replacement parts like the ones that you damaged. Especially since the Greystone fireplace you mentioned was discontinued. It would be a good time to replace what you have with the very similar #GR54FR.
