Hi Steven; the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA you looked at are the correct replacement for your axle. This uses 12" x 2" brake assemblies that fit a 5 bolt brake flange. If you need replacement mounting hardware you can use the # BRKH12.
