Hello David.

The correct replacement brake pads for the Kodiak disc brakes with caliper stamped 225 we have 2 different options for you, both are ceramic brake pads but the backing plates are different:

For standard back plate: Kodiak Ceramic Brake Pads - 3,500 lbs to 6,000 lbs # K225CP

For stainless steel back plate: Kodiak Ceramic Brake Pads w/Stainless Steel Backing Plate - 3,500 lbs to 6,000 lbs # K225CPSS

The stainless steel option is excellent for marine applications, or it you live in an area where roads are salted as it will help with corrosion.

Hey David, how did the ceramic brake pads work out with your Kodiak disc brakes on the Morryde suspension? Your update could make it easier for others choosing between the standard and stainless steel options.
