Hello Paul, thanks for getting in touch. We do offer a protective cover for a 7-way trailer cord. For that I recommend the Fastway Tethered 7-Way Trailer Connector Cover with Tether # FA82-00-3315. Using one of these along with a bit of Dielectric Grease # 11755 on your connections it will help a lot to extend the life of your 7-way.
