How is Length of Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer Measured

Question:

how can i check with size trailer I have? how to take measurements from with point to with? How do I know if is 66foot or 78? No any diagramm on site with posted measurements. Thank you.

Hi Vasyl; I'm assuming you're talking about the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 and you mean inches not feet. The 78" measurement is the crossbars. So from one end of the crossbar to the other end will be 78" if you have this model. The # Y08106 has 66" crossbars. Both trailers are 11' long. It is the same trailer but with different crossbar lengths.

Hey Vasyl, did measuring the crossbars help you figure out whether your trailer is the 66 or 78 model? Knowing which one you have could really help others trying to identify their Rack and Roll trailer too.
