Hey Dave! The MOS UpLift Roof Rack Lift Assist w/ Kayak Tie-Down Kit item # MR89ZV sits 24" above your crossbars. It has a weight capacity of 85 lbs and fits round, square, aero, and most factory crossbars so long as they are no larger than 3-1/2" wide and 1-1/2" tall.
I have attached a picture below so you can see what the MOS UpLift Roof Rack item # MR89ZV looks like in action. I have also linked the installation instructions so you can see how to get it set up.
