Hello Michael, thanks for reaching out. The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapters # RM23SR and # RM-077-10 both have 10" between both receivers and they are both rated or 10,000 lbs. The only noteworthy difference is the placement of the receivers. The # RM23SR adapter has the top receiver even with the shank, and the bottom receiver is 10" below.
The # RM-077-10 adapter has the same 10" receiver spacing, only the top receiver is positioned on top of the shank. So the bottom receiver only sticks down 8" below the shank. So it will give slightly better ground clearance than the # RM23SR.
The main thing to keep in mind when selecting a drop hitch is the angle of your tow bar. The tow bar arms must be within 3" of level of your setup will be unsafe. So whichever one you choose, just make sure it will allow the tow bar to sit as level as possible.

Hey Michael, how did things go choosing between the two Roadmaster dual hitch adapters for your motor coach and Jeep setup? Did the one you picked give you the right tow bar angle and clearance you needed? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar flat tow.
