Can I move the perches on my 8 lug 7k axle with 95inch hub face, to 53inch spring center?

Yes, you can and thanks for the picture! You would just need a couple of the Spring Seat for Typical 8,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles item # TRSS350. This spring seat fits 3-1/2" diameter axles which should be what your 8k axle is. It's sold individually.
