Hello, Are the 306-X7376 and 306-X7375 trailer hitches identical with the exception of the removable receiver, or are there some difference in the crossbar assembly as well? Thank you.

Hello Eric, thanks for getting in touch. There are a few noteworthy differences between the EcoHitch # 306-X7376 and the # 306-X7375.
The main difference is they are two hitches for two different vehicles. The # 306-X7376 is for the 2022-2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI, while the # 306-X7375 is for the 2018-2021 Golf GTI models only.
Also, the # 306-X7376 has a 2" receiver while the # 306-X7375 has a 1-1/4" receiver. Both are technically considered class 2 hitches, and both feature a removable receiver.
I see that you were looking at parts for a 2024 VW Golf GTI, the correct EcoHitch for this vehicle is the # 306-X7376.

Hello Jesse, Thanks for the reply. You mentioned that the is the 306-X7376 is for the 2022-2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI, however on etrailer, it is listed both for a 2021 Golf GTI and a 2024 Golf GTI. Additionally, it lists “Confirmed to Fit 2021 Volkswagen Golf” when a 2021 model is selected. The 306-X7375, however, is only listed for the 2021 Golf GTI and NOT a 2024 Golf GTI. - Are these figments correct, with the 306-X7376 fitting both a 2021 and a 2024, while the 306-X7375 only fits a 2024 and not a 2021? - Are there any differences on the actual crossbar? (Is the only difference the removable receiver piece? Thank you.
