I recommend going with the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric VFR Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA25VR for your application because it is rated for use on a 5th wheel RV, comes with a loading ramp, and can slide out for better rear clearance. If you check out the linked review video you'll see Evangeline was able to open up the tailgate on a truck with the bikes still loaded when she slid the tray out.
