Hi Albert,
If the vent isn't turning off when pressing the off button on the keypad then then either the keypad # MA94YR or circuit board # MA10A04751KS are malfunctioning and would need to be replaced. I'd start with the keypad first since it's the lower cost item to replace. In the meantime you can either remove the garnish and disconnect the wiring or pull the fuse to prevent the fan from draining the battery.
