Hey Mick! A hitch pin lock like the etrailer item # e98880 would be helpful in securing your bike rack from theft if you do not already have one. It will work great with the etrailer Hitch item # e93ZR that fits your 2021 Nissan Rogue.

To attach the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C44ER you will want to use the No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket item # 18140 and the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat item # 18144. These mounting brackets will connect your 4-way to your hitch to prevent it from being damaged by dragging on the ground.
