Question:
I have had a wheel bearing come apart on my Grand Design Imagine 2970RL camper. It has damaged the axle spindle. The camper has Dexter 120092 axels on it. I think I will just replace both axels, springs and suspension. Can you assist me with part numbers, including a new set of wet shackles? I want the complete set, including hubs, bearings, etc. Thanks.

Hello Mark. I can definitely point you in the right direction but I will need to gather a bit more information from you in order to recommend the correct parts.
Firstly for the axle, I will need to know the weight capacity, the hub face (HF) length and the spring center (SC) length. This should all be indicated on the axle tag or sticker.
For the leaf springs, I will need to know the length of the current springs. Leaf springs are measured center eye to center eye. You want to measure the springs when they are not under a load. You can jack up one side of the trailer, or if you have stuff disassembled already you can easily measure. Let me know the eye to eye length of your springs and I can see what we have.
For the shackle kit, I will need to know the length of the current shackles measured center hole to center hole. It is important that the replacement shackles are identical in size to the stock shackles. I recommend going with one of the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kits. They come with either 2-1/4" long shackles # MR46ZR or with 3-1/8" shackles # MR76ZR. Let me know your shackle size and I can make sure you get the right kit. Feel free to post all of the info I mentioned in the commends below and I am happy to get you a full list of parts.
