Hello Paul, thanks for reaching out. The only suspension enhancement option for your 2016 Ram 1500 4wd quad cab with factory air suspension is the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils # SSC-51. These are heavy duty 2,480 capacity replacement for the OEM rear coil springs. They will not increase your vehicles weight carrying capacity, but they will help to reduce sagging. The factory air suspension really limits the suspension enhancement options. Everything else we offer is not compatible with factory air suspension.
