Hello Jeney, thanks for reaching out. There could be a few reasons why your Fireplace is not staying on. The first being that there isn't enough power running to the unit for it to properly operate. You'll want to use a multimeter # PT89ZR on the power wire at the unit to ensure it's getting a full 12 volts. If not then the power source could be the issue or you could be experiencing a voltage drop. Check the power at the power source, if it's 12v at the power source and a volt or more less at the unit then you have voltage drop and will need to increase the gauge of the wire running between the two.

You could also have a faulty or loose ground so you'll want to trace it and ensure that it's secure.

The next thing to do is blow out the vents on the back and sides of the unit with a can of compressed air. These vents can get clogged with dust and cause the unit to overheat and shut off.

If none of this solves the issue I have to assume that there is an internal problem with the fireplace like a bad circuit board. In this case the unit will need to be replaced under warranty.

This unit was purchased through your website. It's brand new. We checked the plug and that doesn't seem to be the issue. We plugged in the fireplace unit to another outlet and it did the same thing

@Jeney Sounds like your fireplace will need to be replaced under warranty. You can give customer service a call at 1-800-940-8924 to get the ball rolling on that.
