Can The Lippert Carpet Protectors LC134993 Be Used On Vinyl Floors?

Question:
Can LC134993 be used on vinyl floors? I have a roller that is tearing the floor. Can they be cut to place between the slide out and a cabinet. TIA

Hello Kenny, good question. The Lippert Carpet Protectors # LC134993 are really only intended to be used on carpet. Sure, you can place them on a vinyl floor, but the pointed nibs on the bottom are meant to grip on carpet, so a vinyl floor may not provide the traction needed to allow them to work as intended. So, you can certainly still use them, but they may slide or shift more than you would like. Maybe you could add some kind of rubber to the bottom to help with traction.
