If you the 3-3/16" overall length matches what you currently have on your 2016 Grand Design Reflection 313RLTS then the Rubber Wiper Seal and Bulb for RV Slide Out # SR98FR will work just fine.
With that being said, if you want something that looks a little more exact then from what I can tell it looks like you may need a combination of a D-Shaped seal like the 1" tall # SR86FR to stick on a standard wiper seal like the 3" wide # SR56FR.
If you still aren't sure what to get please let me know how wide/tall your seals are so I have a better idea what size you need!
