Is there an Advantage to Using a Companion Adapter Over the OEM Companion?

Is there an advantage to one system or the other (Companion V. Companion OEM)?

Not unless you're using a rotating pin box. The Companion Adapter like item # BWRVK3500 can not be used with rotating pin boxes due to the torque on the square receiver. This 5th wheel hitch only works with B&W turnoverball systems with the square gooseneck receiver.
