Replacement Knob for Hollywood Racks Bike Rack

Question:
I am looking for a thumb knob for a Hollywood bike rack. It holds the horizontal members that inturn holds the bicycles. It’s the knob and bolt that moves the horizontal members up and down for use or storage. It’s about a 2 inch knob with approximately a bolt length of 4 inches. I believe the bolt diameter is 5/16” or 3/8”. My number is 814-673-4253. Thank you!

Hi John; which bike rack is this for? I understand it is a Hollywood Racks bike rack but there are quite a few different models with different parts and some are older and obsolete. If you can send a picture of the knob/where the knob goes on the bike rack that would also be helpful. If you can't identify the bike rack a picture of the rack will also work.
