I have a 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid, I am connecting a EvenBrake 9400 to it. My question is do I use the Brake lite Relay. Thanks for your help

I checked with Roadmaster and while you will need a Brake Lite Relay Kit like item # RM-88400 you can't use the Roadmaster Even Brake item # RM-9400 because of your Maverick hybrid's continuous-power-assist brakes feature.
The only portable system compatible with the continuous-power-assist brakes feature on your 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid is the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System item # BLU37TR. It will require the Brake Lite Relay Kit like item # RM-88400.
