Hello Burris,
We have straight tongue channel couplers for a 1-7/8" hitch ball, though none with bolt holes that are 5" apart. Each of the couplers has holes 2-1/4" apart, so you can still use them if you're drill new holes. I know it's not what you asked for but I at least wanted to give you the option, and if you're okay with that, the right one will depend on the width of your trailer tongue.

Hey Burris, did one of those channel tongue couplers end up working for your trailer after drilling new holes? Knowing which one fit best could help others with the same bolt spacing. Your update could make it easier for the next person with a similar setup.
