I was wondering if the brake conversion would work with lippert trailer brakes there 5 bolt 7k axels.

Hans, yes you can absolutely use the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR712D with your Lippert 7K axles. These brakes have a 5 bolt flange, an 8 on 6 1/2 bolt pattern, and will work with 7k axles with wheels 16" or larger.
You're also going to need a brake line kit # DM5425, an actuator # HBA16, and the lug nuts # CE11051.
