Can the Benton Shifts&Grins Bike Rack Hooks Secure Bikes by the Wheel and by the Frame

This says frame mount and wheel mount. Is that accurate?

Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out about the Benton Shifts&Grins Bike Rack # B54FR!
Most platform bike racks are able to only secure bikes by either the wheel OR by the frame. The Benton S&G has the arms and hooks positioned in the perfect spot to secure bikes either way, which makes this the perfect solution for someone with different bike styles (including bikes with fenders).
