Mudflap Recommendation for a 2014 GMC Sierra without Fender Flares

Will the mud flaps fit over the plastic fender moldings? This is a vinyl molding around the wheel wells.

As long as the fender moldings you are referring to are not fender flares yes, the WeatherTech Mud Flaps # WT120036 would work on your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. By how you described your vehicle it sounds like you do not have the flares. The flares would bulge out from the rest of the body.

For the matching pair of front muflaps you would want the part # WT110036.
