Hi Pedro; nothing comes back under that part number. Based on the information you provided I'm guessing you need the Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes - 12" - Left/Right Hand - 6K AL-KO/Hayes Axles # 23-105-106-09. These are 12" x 2" brake assemblies which can fit the old Hayes 4 bolt pattern. This would also make sense given the H designation which is likely for Hayes. I recommend measuring the bolt pattern on your brake flange and comparing it to the diagram below to see if it matches. You can also check out your axle tag to see if this matches the axle capacity.

Look like the back plate bore on those are 3 3/16. The ones in my is 3 1/2, also notice the offset of backing plate is is diffrent than mys. I purchase something similar and my shoes is touching drum due to backing plate offset is diffrent. Any other recommendation?

@Pedro the only other thing I can say is check your axle tag and try to identify the axle with a serial number. Otherwise it is probably some outdated design that no longer exists so you would be looking at axle replacement.
