Hey Kevin,
Both the # LM67048 and # 15123 have a 1.250" inner diameter, so they are indeed interchangeable as far as spindle fitment is concerned. They will both fit the same spindle, but because they have slightly different outer diameters, the hubs they are used with will differ.
