Hey Shaun,
I'll send you a separate email for those pictures and we can try to figure out where to mount your spare tire.
Got the pictures, based on the setup a clamp-on spare tire carrier, like the Offset Trailer Spare Tire Mount by Dutton-Lainson # DL22120 is going to be the best option. This can fit on trailer frames up to 3" wide x 5" tall and fits wheel sizes 9" to 14". It works with 4 on 4 and 5 on 4.5 bolt patterns.
