Hey Earl,

The # F86ZR is designed for 2-speed Fulton winches so you would need the 7302027 or 4769-28 single speed spring for your Fulton Single Speed Winch # FT16020301. It looks like we not longer offer this spring so you'll want to reach out to Fulton directly for it.

Just fyi, the F86ZR fit my Fulton T1602 1600# single speed winch. It works great... Pass it on.
