You even made a video of the plug. Not once did you remove the back shell showing how the two wires attach. Kind of important.

Hi Reuel,
The Buyers Products 2-Way Die-Cast Zinc Trailer Connector # 337TC1012 pins are labeled positive and negative on both the front and back. To connect the wires you'll just need to remove the two bolts in the back and slip on some ring terminals # 44-5356A and then rethread the bolts back into the socket.

Err, no. The plug end, Item # 337TC2002 is what needs clarification. There is not one thing on the product page that shows how the wires attach to the back of the plug.
