While the BedRug Custom Truck Bed Mat # BR44FR you found will not fit with the MultiFlex tailgate we do have the BedRug # BR96ZR which will fit your 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500HD with a 6-3/4' bed. If you have a spray in bed liner you will also need the Install Kit # BRZSPRAYON.
