Can Base Rails Be Installed Over A Bed Liner

Can you mount the bed rails on top of a bed liner or do you need to cut bed liner to fit?

Hi Ed,
Base rails sit right on the bed so you would need to trim the liner in order to install the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2404 in your 2013 Ford F-150. It's only acceptable to install base rails over a spray-on liner.
