How Far Apart are the Arms Spaced For The Demco Baseplate # DM9518112 On a 1981 Jeep CJ-5?

Question:
When installing this base plate DM9518112 on my 1981 Jeep CJ5, how far apart should I mount them? Inside edge to inside edge?

The Demco Baseplate # DM9518112 for your 1981 Jeep CJ-5 places the mounts at 24" on center. While I do not have a measurement for inside edge to inside edge the inside holes are spaced 10-9/16" on center from the center of the bumper.
