Availability of a Simple Trailer Lighting Kit for a Wood Chipper Towed Behind a 2004 Ford F-150

Question:

I need to put stop, directional, running and brake lights on my road towable wood chipper. It has a 2 tow bar and a 1700 lb axle, but no lights. I need either a kit or parts to make it work. I have a straight four prong socket on my Ford F150 as well as the circular multi prong - Ford stock I want to keep it simple - do you put together kits?

Yes, we have simple trailer lighting install kits that simply plug into your 4-Pole connector. For your wood chipper I would recommend the Standard Trailer Light Kit with 25 foot Wire Harness, item # TL29BK. You will not need the side marker lights included with this kit so you can just eliminate them. We also have a kit designed for cargo carriers that would work well on your wood chipper, theetrailer License Plate and LED Tail Light Mounting Kit for Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier Item # e98943-44LED, does not include the extra side marker lights, but it does include a license plate holder.
