Question:
Need 2 base plates for springs and u bolts described in subject heading, what product # should I order. Thanks in advance, 1 3/4 width spring using 7/16x2 1/8 x 4 long square u bolts

It sounds like the U-Bolt Plate # TRTP200175 that you referenced could work for you as this plate is designed for use with 1-3/4 inch wide springs and the other measurements you listed are close. However, I would have you check out the picture I attached that I took from the product description and compare the dimensions of this plate to the U-bolts you have to see if this plate would work for you.
