Hello Jim. Our best option for lifting your 2004 Coleman pop-up camper is the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # LC87120. This will allow you to raise the ride height by either by 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" depending on what bolt holes you use. This kit will also help to align your axle which can help with ride quality.
It is important to note that the Correct Track # LC87120 will only work on trailers with double-eye leaf springs. Also, there must be at least 2-5/8" between the I-beam and the spring mounting hole on the hanger so please do make sure your trailer meets these specifications.
