Is a license plate mount and/or light kit available for this? I plan to put the box above a fully-loaded gear warrior on a 2022 Rav4.

Hey Paul, yes there is a license plate kit available for the Yakima Exo storage kits like the part # Y44ZR that you referenced. For that all you nee dis the part # Y74VR which puts lights and a license plate bracket onto the storage box.
