Replacement Motor For Jack on Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:
I have a 2021 forest river impression that has the 4 point jacks on it. we just went on a trip and the right rear leg would only move about a 1/4 inch and then say right rear fault. all others worked fine. i tried many options i found online to figure it out. when i got home i took the jack off and moved it over to the rear left and used that wire harness, it did the exact same thing. i did pull the bottom and top rubber caps off , water came out of the bottom cap. so i am thinking this motor is the problem? do you agree? If so should i just buy the replacement motor, i have the serial of the leg SN. WD0320201207841. thank you. Greg

Hey Greg,
Based on what you said, with you moving the jack and it not working with a different harness then yes, it absolutely sounds like it is the motor, particularly since water came out of it. So I think replacing the motor is the right call, which you can do with Replacement Hall Effect Motor for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC343758.
