What bolts would you use to mount this spring to the hanger? I see some shackle bolts but the description says for double eye springs.

For the spring eye you would use the Shackle Bolt For Double-Eye Springs item # 9163B, slipper springs don't have the second spring eye, so a bolt won't obviously be needed back end. This is sold individually and will work great with the 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles item # e69SR.
